"Leipziger Freiheit" in Leipzig
What would Paris be without the Eiffel Tower, London without Big Ben,
Leipzig without a Leipziger? A normal city without thinkers and without
visionaries … For this reason, "Leipziger Freiheit" is, of course,
available to the people of Leipzig, meaning they can truly identify
with a confident and strongly integrated city.
Billboards right in the middle of Leipzig life
Aside from the huge posters, there are still more campaign motifs that can be seen in Leipzig's day-to-day life. For the largest ballooning event in Europe, the SAXONIA INTERNATIONAL BALLOON FIESTA 2003, that took place in Leipzig, Marketing Leipzig GmbH created a fascinating advertising motif.
"Leipziger Freiheit" above the city roofs
"Leipziger Freiheit" is not only for us a piercing feeling for life … it is also the light that illuminates Leipzig's evening sky. Since the end of August 2003 the two metre high and almost 13 metre long neon sign has been shining out from the roof of 34-50 Brühl Boulevard. The aim of this long-term "Leipziger Freiheit" advertisement is to make the campaign even more familiar to the people of Leipzig and also to give those visitors coming from the north a beaming 'hello'.
